To all CREOS members who were looking forward to our annual summer party in the meadow, which was set for 4th September, we much regret that the event has had to be cancelled this year.
The CREOS AGM 2022 was held on 13th June at All Saints Church, N6.
It’s no exaggeration to say that the past year has been transformational for the CREOS Open Space.
Three years ago we established an experimental wildflower meadow along the western edge of the school playing field. Now the meadow is established and continues to bloom in the summer, providing colour as well as attracting bees and butterflies, and of course local passers-by.
Our next workday will be on Sunday July 17th from 11am to 1pm.
Work on the new meadow path is now complete.

Cyclamen enthusiasts once had to travel to Mediterranean shores to find this hardy plant growing in the wild, but now this beautiful little flower is thriving in its location off the CREOS Lower Path and getting more abundant every year.
They may be small in stature, but mosses and liverworts greatly enhance the beauty and biological interest of just about everywhere in London from roadside trees, garden walls and paths. They are also some of the best biological indicators of air quality and climate.
