This year’s CREOS AGM will be held on Thursday 2nd May at 8pm. CREOS members will find details in the latest newsletter, and all members are invited. Nominations are invited for the post of Chair, Treasurer, Secretary and other members of the committee. CREOS always welcomes new, enthusiastic committee members interested in preserving and enhancing the area’s open spaces, so do consider standing. This year’s guest speaker is Patrick Cozier, Head Teacher of Highgate Wood School, accompanied by Ian Heptonstall from the Shepherd’s Cot Trust. They will be presenting their proposals for upgrading the school’s playing field.
In recent months CREOS has been in active dialogue with the School regarding the proposals to start re using the playing field for a range of sporting activities. As a result of our involvement some important modifications have already been negotiated. We encourage everyone who has concerns (or simply would like to know more) to attend the meeting. We look forward to seeing you all.
