You will all be familiar with the increased rainfall and flooding that we’ve experienced over the past few months. During the winter some of our paths are prone to waterlogging, and with increased footfall and wet weather we needed to undertake a project to keep our paths accessible throughout the year.

Thanks to the work of volunteers and generosity of contributors to our recent fundraiser we have now completed the renovation of the path behind the Hanley Club. This now has a layer of hoggin (see pic) which will provide much better drainage (the colour will darken over time).
